The 50% deposit covers our costs to source and ship your part internationally. You pay the remaining 50% only after the part arrives and you've confirmed it's correct.
What if the wrong part arrives?βΌ
If the part is not what was agreed in your order confirmation, you do not pay the balance and we will source the correct part at no extra cost.
How long does sourcing and delivery take?βΌ
South Africa: 5β10 business days. UAE/UK: 14β21 days. China/Japan: 21β35 days. We'll give you an exact estimate in your quote.
What payment methods do you accept?βΌ
We accept USD cash and EcoCash only. The 50% deposit is required before sourcing begins. The 50% balance is paid after you've inspected the part on arrival.

Is there a warranty on sourced parts?βΌ
Yes. OEM parts carry manufacturer warranty. Quality aftermarket parts have a minimum 3-month warranty. Warranty terms are specified in your order confirmation.
